Dr. Dallmann-Jones achieved his PhD from Florida
State University in Educational Psychology. He has taught every grade
level, and now teaches in the first accredited at-risk education
Master's degree program in the United States: the STARS Master's at
Marian College.
Dr. Dallmann-Jones and colleague Dr. David
Boers, along with a supportive administrative staff, were the designers
of STARS.
Dr. Dallmann-Jones is also the director of the
National At-Risk Education Network, a membership organization of at-risk
